The Education Maintenance Allowance (EMA) is a means tested allowance paid fortnightly to those young people (aged 16 – 19) who have reached school leaving age but are continuing in education.  Application packs, including information on where applications should be returned to, are available in College for ICD students to collect, or you can apply online by using the link below;
